Minor annoyance: airplane mode

Solved!

Minor annoyance: airplane mode

I like to put my ipod touch in airplane mode most of the time to increase battery life. It's quicker than turning off bluetooth and wi-fi separately.

Then when I am using Spotify for iOS in offline mode, every single time I activate my iPod from sleep, I get the same "Turn Off Airplane Mode or Use Wi-Fi to Access Data" message. I have to press "OK" to close this needless warning. This even happens when I put Spotify in offline mode manually. It's particularly annoying when using the iPod in a car where you really want to minimise user input. I'm ususally just wanting to skip to the next track which should be a one-click operation.

Does this message really have to appear every single time? It's pretty obvious that if I'm in Airplane mode I cannot access online data. Do people really need this warning? Could there be an option to deactivate it?

Cheers, David.
