Hey there! Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the late response!

Are you still having trouble seeing your Audiobooks top hours in your account settings, or has that been sorted out?

 

If not, try accessing your account settings on another browser to see if that helps. If it doesn’t, it’s also worth checking if you’re using a VPN, as that might be affecting things.

You could also try switching to another internet connection — like a different WiFi or even a mobile hotspot — just to rule that out.
