Why won't my phone allow me to download the new update where everything is on a bottom bar?

The update where the search, browse etc is along the bottom of the screen. I have completely updated my phone and Spotify but it still won't allow the things to be on the bottom and not as a side bar

Those user that have the tab bar are part of an AB test.

Sorry, my fault, not AB test in the US.

That feature was rolling out to all users in the US.
