Updated Spotify and have now lost all my playlists, please help

Hey All, I have tried the search function and have been unsuccessful, therefore asking is the next best thing I suppose.  I updated my iPhone 6 to the new ios and Spotify disappeared so I re-installed and now all my playlists have gone.  Can someone help.

Have you logged-in to your Spotify account on your phone?

Are your playlists still intact if you use the Spotify Web Player?
