Upgraded 3 days ago and Iphone app still not recognizing premium

Upgraded 3 days ago and Iphone app still not recognizing premium

I paid for my premium account but have not been able to use premium features. Specifically I am not able to do searches. It tells me I need a premium account to do so, which I have.

 

I have logged in then out. Tried to shut down then log in again, and it is still not working.

 

PLease look into this issue. My user account is jmakoi01

Have you tried fully reinstalling the app?

@jmakoi01 - just checked your account and there's no history of any Premium subscription on that account at all.
