iOS App 0.6.4.2 forgets recently added playlists on every launch

Description

The last 20 or so playlists are forgotten on my iphone app on every launch. It takes quite a while for them to sync up. 

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1. Open app

2. See forgotten paylists being treated as new and needing to be downloaded

3. Wait forever, they sync

4. Close app

5. Open app again same day, same exact playlists are gorgotten and need syncing again (without power cycling phone)

What I expected to happen

I thought after one good sync the playlists would be remembered by the app. I stopped the app, and power cycled the phone, and waited a week or so. The behavior persists through all of that. 

What actually happened

Playlists are consistently treated like they were just added to my desktop accoiunt and need to be syc'd with my iphone app. This takes quite a while, even on wifi. Even just the songnames take a long time to show… (Aside, this behavior itslef is annoying. I'd love for the playleists to sync in the background on their own!).
