My Question or Issue

I would like to move my library from free account set up and linked to Roku tv, to premium account set up and linked to iPad.

This FAQ article teaches you how to transfer your playlists and saved music. 🙂

 

Oh and by the way, if you've upgraded to Premium through the website, you could've used your existing account for it, there is no need to create a new one.

Thank you that is helpful. 

I guess my real problem is finding and getting into my account I first signed up with that is linked to my Roku tv. On the tv app I have no options in the settings except turn on voice control. And in the profile just remove account.


I would be happy to know that the library is secure with Spotify, and I can try removing the app from tv and reinstalling.

 

please let me know if you have suggestions. The ads are driving me crazy. I am going to look in the Roku Community and try a find some aswers about the app and if they can help me zero in on where I can find my username and or password for the Spotify account that it is linked to.

Thanks for getting back and apologies for the delay in responding to your post.

 

This support article and this FAQ article can help you find your account. Once you've found it, you can use the login details to log into the Spotify app on your iPad or on any other device and then subscribe to Premium 🙂

 

Lastly, all personal content such as playlists, saved music, etc. is associated with the account and is not saved locally on the devices only.
