Volume control out of app

The volume is now controlled with the iPhone volume buttons on the side. That's no problem except it controls the volume when the app is in the background. So, if I'm playing music to my home receiver from the app and I go out of the app to a voicemail or phone call or a video and I adjust the volume up. It cranks the volume up on my home receiver. So when I unpause and go back to listening to music it practically blows my speakers. THIS IS A PROBLEM!! Over and over again.

Hey @Flyinhie

Go into the Spotify app on your iPhone and then go into settings.

Then go to devices and turn off the "Devices Lock Screen" option.

This will fix the problem you are having so that it can only be controlled in the Spotify app and not on the lockscreen when the app is in the background.
