Wasted blank screen space in context menu

Why is there so much unused blank space (1/3 of the screen of an iphone 6 ) on the top side of the context menu, so that i always have to scroll up to get to the "watch album" menu point? Thats bad UX design and a pain in everyday usage.

Thats happening since years and should please be fixed. Or is there any good reason for that?

Pointing out that this is also the case on a Iphone 5s.

So it is not only a Iphone 6 problem.

Sure not, its a design problem.

And i mentioned that the first time in 2014 via support@spotify.com.

No developers/designers or other users care about that issue?
