Weekly playlists keep suggesting songs I don't like?

My Question or Issue

Recently I've had a song that keeps popping up on my weekly playlists in spite of the fact that I keep hitting 'dislike' when it comes up. I found an older thread that had similar issues when connected via Bluetooth (which is what I use in the car or garage) but it wasn't resolved. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm also really getting frustrated with the songs being suggested in general. They're from a related genre but I almost always skip or dislike half of my weekly/daily mixes. It's almost like the algorithm doesn't care what feedback I give, only what songs play for >0 seconds.
