When I hit pause, the song always restarts from the beginning when I hit play

Plan - Duo, currently on free trial but will be premium.

Free/Premium

Country - USA

 

Device

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016) - iPhone 8 Plus

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

 

My Question or Issue

Every time I hit pause, the song will start over from the beginning as soon as I hit play, instead of holding my place in the middle of the song.

Hey @AbundantlyYours

 

A clean reinstall can generally fix the most common issues, and I would like to see if the issue you're facing gets resolved by doing a clean reinstall. Let me know once you've done it and if it doesn't help, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the software version, and we'll go from there.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.

I did try restarting my phone, but I don’t think I would need to reinstall the app since it was the first time I had ever used it and had just installed it a few minutes before.
