When offline or just on Network I cannot play synced tracks (Preminum User)

Hi There,

Desperately need help.  I have an iPhone 4S and recently upgraded my Iphone system to 6.1 (still the same phone).  Ever since doing this I can't play synced songs offline.  I am a premium user. 

What used to happen: I'd go offline (in the subway) and a little notice would pop up saying I can't play not synced songs.  BUT I could play synced songs while off line.  Which is the whole reason I purchased Premium.....so I can listen to it offline.

What happens now: Regardless if I have no network connection (in the subway) OR i'm offline with no wi-fi Spotify will NOT let me play ANYTHING.  A notification pops up that says "Track Only Available Online", I press "OK" and that notification just pops up again.  It does not let me even let me interact with the playlists....nothing just keeps popping up. 

This is painfully annoying.  I should be able to play music when I'm not on a secure Wi-fi network...that is the reason I bought Premium.

Please help! ASAP!
