Where is the hidden Equalizer ?

In the old version of Spotify for ipad there was a hidden Equalizer. Where is it ? Or is there a new way to unlock the Equalizer ?

I'm very happy to announce that the equalizer made it into the 1.5.0 release, available for everyone now in the App Store 🙂 please update to the latest client and go into Settings -> Playback -> Equalizer and enjoy! 🙂 Hope you all like it!

On Android I think it's called "Sound effects" instead of Equalizer. 

Have been available for quite some time, so if you've upgraded within the last year, it should be there.

There is no solution, at least not for desktop-users. Why is it so hard to add an EQ if all users want that? And why isn't anybody from Spotify replying ?
