Why Spotify doesn’t play any music now?

Spotify is not playing correctly. When I launch the music is not playing at all. I have to go back and forth hoping one song will be playing. What is happening? Even the downloaded songs are not playing anymore, either on wifi or when using data.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

We'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any corrupted files that might be causing issues. 

If the issue persists, include in your next response the make, model and OS version of your device and the Spotify version you're currently running. This will give us a better look at the issue.
