Local downloaded files(songs) from pc dont show on iphone after downloading

I download mp3 file to pc import it into file which is connected to my spotify. I can play those songs on pc. I download them on my mobile phone, they turn to normal as i can play them and when i click on them they turn grey and the "How to sync songs" window pops up even tho they were downloaded and after that i cant click on them. I tried to download them multiple times but nothing is working

Could you try to cover the TS steps proposed by the original poster and the mod in this thread and share the results with us? We'd also need some device setup information like model and OS of the affected devices.
