Spotify only playing music playlist but won’t play podcasts?

I can play any music playlists but I’m unable to play any podcasts. I’ve tried both updating the app and logging out but neither has helped.

I’m having the same issue. But not with all podcasts only some. Some podcast lists will play some and not others. I have an iPhone 12 and I’ve done all the steps of a clean reinstall. To no avail

Can you start with performing a clean reinstall of the app as this will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
