Why are my Albums and Artists shuffling on Premium?

Why are my Albums and Artists shuffling on Premium?

I've always been subscribed to Premium and never had a problem, but for the last few weeks everything is playing on Shuffle? I don't know how to fix it, checked all FAQs and sent an email to Spotify WEEKS ago and had no reply. Totally dissatisfied with the service I'm paying for! Anyone else had this problem? How can I fix it? Used to click onto My Artists and it would play in album order, now even Albums are on shuffle?!?

When contacting Spotify, did you reply to the automated confirmation e-mail which you've got?

If not, please do that first so an Spotify employee can get back to you as soon as possible.

Just to confirm, if you tap on the now playing bar at the bottom the shuffle icon isn't selected on the now playing screen?
