Why can’t I submit a 5 star review for a podcast?

When I try to rate the podcast, the submit button only appears when 1-4 stars are selected. When 5 stars are selected the submit button disappears. I want to be able to give this podcast (Dirty Money Moves by cloud10) all 5 stars because it’s my favorite

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Just to check, is it possible that you've given the podcast a 5 star rating before? I checked a few of the podcasts that I've given 5 stars, and for these specific podcasts, I can only select & submit 1-4 stars, as the 5 star rating is already active. You can still choose another rating temporarily, however, and then select 5 stars again, to ensure the podcast has the accurate rating from you 🙂
 

Shouldn't the above do the trick, or you have issues giving other podcast ratings as well, it would be great if you could let us know the following:

• The make & model of your device.
• Its current OS version.
• Current Spotify version.

Feel free to include a video showing how things look from your end, so we can have a look as well.
