Why can't able to add songs in my Spotify playlist?

Hello,

I want to add more songs in my Spotify app playlist from my iPhone but when I am going to add song into my playlist showing that your songs is added to playlist but when going to my playlist there is nothing. Why this is happening? Is this issue is related to iPhone or Spotify app? Please suggest a solution. This is very annoying to me. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

I have downloaded Spotify app in my iPhone but it repeatedly crashing. When finish the download and going to install it showing app just loading nothing will happen. I have checked latest version is up to date and also tried to clear cache data. I don't know why this is happening. Please suggest me a solution. Very annoying for me. Any help will be appreciated.

Could you please share the following so we can investigate further:

• Your device's make, model and OS version.
• The version of Spotify you're running.

A short screen recording which showcases the app's behavior in action would also be greatly appreciated.

As for adding the song to the playlist, does it show up on any other platforms, for example the desktop app or the Web Player?
