Why does my public playlist not show up in searches?

I have public playlists, but they aren’t showing up in any searches. Why is that?

An example is the below playlist “The Best of Neil Halstead”. There are only 10 playlists related to Neil Halstead, yet my playlist still does not show up in a search for Neil Halstead. Please advise.

I can't find your playlist in the search feed either. But maybe it's because I don't listen to indie rock at all.
But I could open it in Spotify app on computer. I think you should add some key words in the description like Alternative Rock, Indie Rock, Shoegazing, Dreampop, Folk, etc.
