Windows Media Player Playlist

I recently updated Spotify mobile on my 4S and I now have playlist titled Windows Media Player.  It contains my old playlists from before the update.  This is a problem because I cannot delete playlists inside of the WMP playlist.  Is there anyway to remove this playlists but still keep all of the playlists contained inside of it? I have tried removing the app from my phone and reinstalling but that did not help.

I am experiencing exactly the same thing on my iPhone 4! It's really annoying, they are showing up correctly on my Mac, its only affecting my iPhone.
