Won't let me log in

Won't let me log in

I recently downloaded the IOS 10 for my Apple Devices. After I did that, I went to my Spotify app and it logged me out. So I went and typed in my username and password but it did not work. So I assumed that I forgot my password and I went to change my password. I changed my password and it still did not let me log in. So then I restarted my iPhone. Still did not work. I even deleted and redownloaded the app. Does not work. My Spotify account works on my computer, but not my iPhone and iPad (recently updated to IOS 10) I have an iPhone 5 and a iPad 2. I have a Premium Spotify account. Please fix this soon.

I think the best thing to do is to make a new account.

 

I have solved the problem.

How did you solve it please? I have two phones. Neither of them can connect.

I am obviously connected via the website.... So agravating

Instead of using my email to log in, I used my Spotify username and that's what let me log in.
