Won't log in

Guys need help. Set up 99p for 3 month premium but now have a different phone. Cannot log in to old account or retrieve old password.

I have now set up a new account under same PayPal payment method but it is only giving me the free subscription.

Am I limited to 1 Spotify account in my PayPal?

Each payment method can be used only for one account, otherwise you would be able to create a new acount each month and get one free month of premium. 

You need to try get an access to your old account, you should contact Spotify directly about it here.

Thank you but I have no idea what my email address in linking to the account, plus entering my username to retrieve my p/w has no effect. (My new phone has just one email account assigned)
