Won't sign me in on a new iPhone I am trying to install on

I've just d/l'd the app to a new iPhone i got.  After entering my login info, it just hangs, just showing those three circles as if it's trying to log in.  I can log into my new laptop fine, so I know the account info is fine.

Are you using WiFi or 3/4G?

And could you try to use a different internet connection to see if that helps?

That doesn't sound cool.

Have you tried to use your username instead of your email address in the login process?

Hello, tried that. And reinstalling the app. Still no luck, thanks thou.

It would be great if you could give us these details:

1. Exact Device (e.g. iPhone 5S)

2. Exact operating system (e.g. iOS 8.3)

3. Spotify app version installed (2.2.0)

Spotify v - since i cant get into the app, i can't see that, but i just
downloaded from app store today.

Hello! That worked. I tried from home and all is good. Looks like my
company is blocking that traffic/app. Bummer! Thanks for sorting this out
for me.
