all songs dissapeared from mobile

all the songs & artists have dissapeared from my mobile spotify beside from last two songs saved. the 'available offline' option is also off. all playlists still there but only few are available offline checked. spotify on mac is fine. How can i get the songs back?

You can log into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

Logout of the app in your phone, and be sure to use that username, and not your email address, to login back to your account. It's the one with your music.
