app randomly freezes

My Question or Issue

after a random amount of time the whole app will freeze but the song i am playing will play for a little while until the whole entire app disappears along with the song i was playing.

Most common issues can be fixed with a quick reinstall of the app. In some situations, however, a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app might be needed.

If you’ve tried re-installing the Spotify app and you’re still having this issue, I would recommend trying a clean reinstall.
