can’t play all of the song from reputation

i have been trying to listen to reputation by taylor swift for a while, but only 1 song plays normally, End game (although it pauses by itself with 5 sec left) 

the rest of the songs i can’t play even 1 sec

i have already tried to reinstall the app and etc, but it didn’t work
