cant kill spotify with doubletap -> X

spotify keeps playing for like 30 seconds if you kill it, sometimes with playicon on the top part of screen, sometimes not. there is no icon left to kill and the music-controls cant control spotify although the icon is still to the right of them. cant do anything to stop the music accept for turning volume down. if you try to start spotify while this is happening, screen turns white and you need to kill spotify again and wait for tune to stop playing.

Just tried killing it from the Multitask menu here - playback seemed to end shortly afterwards. How many other apps are you running at the same time?
