my question or issue: whenever I try opening an option in the settings, it gives me this error "Couldn't Open Link - The link you tried to open appeared to be a Spotify link, but Spotify was unable to open it." every option other than Languages, Voice Assistants & Apps, and Notifications give me this error.
what I've done to try and solve this:
perform a clean reinstall several times
logged out and logged back in

Thank you for your post here in the Community and for the troubleshooting you've done so far. This seems odd.

To start with, can you try a different internet connection? 

If the issue persists, can you have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member? This will help us understand if it's account related or not.

If you continue to have problems it would be great if you can provide us a screen recording of what you're seeing so that we can have a closer look directly from your end.
