Hello. I just upgraded to premium today for the first time. The "extreme" quality for streaming audio does not show up, my only two options for streaming are low and high. The Extreme Quality for offline does show up and I was able to check and use that feature fine. Am I missing something here?
Here is what I have tried:
1. Verified my premium account was active and showing premium
2. Logged in and out of the app
3. Deleted and re-installed app

Unfortunately I don't recognize this particular behavior of the app. But can you check in the Spotify App on your iPhone the following menu and let us know what it displays there?
Spotify > Settings > Music Quality
