My Question or Issue

My app is constantly crashing. It will happen multiple times while I am listening to music, it just stops and closes.

This is extremely frustrating.

I have logged out and back in again and have tried deleting and reinstalling.

But the issue persists.

 

Please could you assist.

Could you try a more thorough clean reinstall of the app following the steps provided here? It's different than the standard reinstall.

I tried the clean reinstall and the issue persists.
It is so frustrating I am about to cancel my subscription.
What are we even paying for if the app KEEPS crashing and Spotify cannot even fix this.
So many people have the same problem too...

Thanks for the reply.

 

Sorry to hear that your app is still crashing after the reinstall.

 

Make sure no battery optimization is enabled for Spotify and the app has all Permissions enabled as well.

 

If after that the app is still crashing, let us know if this is happening when you're logged in with a different account.
