[iOS][Other] App crashes after a minute or two into song

App crashes after playing a song for a minute or two (approximately halfway) and when rebooting the app the song starts completely over.

First thing you can try here is running a clean reinstall of the Spotify app. This will prevent any corrupted cache from causing the crash. 

If the issue persists after the clean reinstall, try disabling any power saving or data cleaning settings on your mobile device. Make sure you try this since such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity.
