[iOS] randomly exits out of app and music stops

I have an iPhone 8 Plus and use the free version of Spotify. When I close the app and listen to music after a few songs the app constantly closes, and the music turns off and the song restarts. This happens all the time and is really inconvenient.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one.

It's also a good idea to exclude the app from any Battery optimization software that might be active on your smartphone.
