iPad app not working for me

iPad app not working for me

I have deleted and reinstalled spotify app at least 15 times and I can't get my playlists to show up or 'starred' to load completely. Also, when I play one song from search that is it, no other song will play. I have signed up for premium, that has been checked by spotify and the help info I got from them was delete and re install...but that is not working and driving me batty! HELP please

I'm sorry you're having troubles with the iPad app, if you contacted support, reply to them telling that this solution didn't work for you.

 

If you haven't contacted spotify, you can do this filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares (ENG) or @SpotifyAyuda (ESP).

 

 

 


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
