Only certain local files not syncing

Only certain local files not syncing

My local files aren't syncing. I just got a new iPhone 6, but they weren't syncing on my iPhone 5s either. I imported my iTunes library into Spotify and found that most of the songs work, with the exception of a select few. My device DOES show up as connected to Spotify (on the same wifi etc.). I've restarted my phone, restarted spotify, made sure I had the most updated version, made sure iTunes and Quicktime were the most updated version, and deleted and reinstalled the app.

What happens is that when I open my phone, it'll say that the music is syncing and it'll show up on my local files list but not my playlist list. Then when it's done syncing, it disappears from my local files list. So it's only showing up in one place and then disappearing again. Sometimes when I reopen Spotify on my phone, it'll repeat the process like it's trying to get the files through, but then fails. I've checked the "available offline" option probably a million times hoping that it would finally just transfer over and sync. Everything was working until about two weeks ago - has anyone experienced the same thing or could offer me information on how to fix it?

More information: Running OSX Yosemite on my Macbook Pro. I have an iPhone 6, 16GB. I have 8GB left on my iPhone. My account on Spotify has been premium for about 4 months now.

I'm having a problem with downloaded/sync files not playing via my ipad.

I have the preium for this reason since work frowns on steaming. Today message read I've gone past my 30 days....I am a paid member? Not sure what the problem is. All my playlist show they are downloaded but will not play.
