iPhone 4 not working on spotify on 3G

Description
When I use spotify on my iPhone it won't load on 3G and when I exit out and come back in the radio function doesn't work, it just shows a white screen.

Have you tried all of the troubleshooting steps outlined in the iOS troubleshooting guide including a reinstall?

Yes I have. With no good results.
