iPhone 8 keeps saying "You're offline" when on LTE data

My Question or Issue

 My iPhone constantly says I'm offline whenever I am on LTE data and therefore I can't stream anything on Spotify Premium whenever I'm away from WiFi. Here's what Ive done so far to troubleshoot;

- I have turned offline mode on and back off, no change.

- I removed the app entirely and re-installed it, no change.

- I've logged out of all devices and back in only on iPhone, no change.

- removed the facebook app connect from facebook settings, no change

 

This has to be the most annoying thing about spotify. I open Google Play Music or YouTube Music, Apple Music, they all work whether I'm on WiFi or LTE, NO ISSUES AT ALL. Only Spotify has this issue.

 

Please Help!

Hey @jbinc,

 

Signing in with a new account you create won't remove the Premium status from your other account. Just remember the login credentials and everything will be fine.

If possible, please try to sign in with your account in another device with similar specs.

Also make sure that you haven't disabled Mobile Data for Spotify in Settings>Mobile Data. 

Try to reset the Network Settings as well.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with Spotify.

Please try to update the iOS as Apple has already seeded iOS 11.4.1

Try to sign in and out several times or if possible sign in with a new account.

I've updated my iPhone to 11.4.1, logged out and back in 5 times and even
tried to log in using facebook.
Nothing has worked, I still cant access spotify when on data, only on wifi.
I'm a Premium member, how can I log in with a different account, and keep
my premium status?
Anything else I can try?

THANK YOU! My cellular data was turned off in iPhone Settings > Cellular > Spotify.

All works now!
