iPhone Won't Fully Sync

iPhone Won't Fully Sync

I have an old iPhone 4 that has been entirely wiped clean that I intended to use as a dedicated spotify player. I cannot get any playlists to fully sync offline and even streaming music over wifi connections is hit-or-miss (I've confirmed the wifi is working). I've tried every troubleshooting technique I can find on these forums and nothing has worked. Everytime I can actually get a sync to start, it just eventually fails and won't restart, leaving me with a small fraction of my playlists.

I'm really frustrated because this was a main driver for me to upgrade my account. And it doesn't look like I'm the only one. When will this be resolved?!

Hey @bcaffrey12 🙂

Would you just be able to confirm:

- When the synching stops you still have plenty of free space on your device?

- You aren't trying to sync more than 3,333 tracks (which is the maximum allowed on a single device)?

Hey Peter,

I have 9.8gb free and am only trying to start with one playlist at 714 songs. At first, I couldn't get past 23 songs (like 2 weeks ago) and I just tried again yesterday and got up to 167 synced before it stopped.

Thanks.
