My Question or Issue

 I have following problem, i recently bought Gear S3 Frontier to pair with my iPhone, I downloaded Spotify app on Gear S3, I have seen multiple videos on YouTube people using Gear S3 as a Remote for application on phone.

However when i try to run app on Gear S3 it only says "Unable to start Spotify Connect to wifi or mobile network to start listening", but i dont want to stream over wifi/lte, i want to connect in remote mode, but i cant select this option as it forces me to login upon application start.
