iPhone freezes with Spotify.

After downloding another playlist (offline), my iPhone becase unresponsive. It froze many times and I had to hard reset it, since I would not control it anymore.

I realized I had 13Gb on downloaded music on the app. Once I deleted the app, the iphone returned to its normal mode. It happened days ago.

Now I installed Spotify again and downloaded only one playlist. The issue is back, so it is surely a Spotify issue. Please fix the app. This is a serius issue.

Hi @guimaraesdaniel, you might want to try restoring your iPhone as another troubleshoot option? Sounds like a phone issue more than an app issue. Does this happen with any other apps?
