major problems

One, this community thing is annoying when i just want to report a problem to Spoitfy not the users! 

I pay 9.99 and tax for basically the offline option and i've downloaded it on my iphone and an ipod. I have the offline option clicked and the playlist downloaded but then it stops working and undownloads them sometimes in the middle of the list! which sucks when I'm out driving or somewhere with no wifi or network! 

This program is a bit pricey as it is and now it's not even working! ..... 

If I have to be online I might as well use Youtube!
