My iPhone will only play one song at a time, this just started 2 weeks ago, I've tried every possible solution such as reinstalling the app(twice) and removing sync. I have premium account, iPhone 6 with latest software.upgrades.

Also no album art

Shuffle is not on

I e-mailed spotify support and they only got back to me 1 time on this issue,   It looks like I will be switching over to Apple music and contacting Spotify for a refund.

Same issue for me and 2 coworkers.   Totally frustrating.    Going to cancel my premium membership and will go with Amazon Prime Music instead.

The Spotify community forum sux. Contact Spotify and tell them your canceling, wait about 24 to 48 hours for help.
