When I have spottily premium, and I have down lode a song too my pod touch will I always be able too listen too it even if I haven't paid my ten pounds a month ?

In order to continue listening to Spotify tracks on your phone, you'd need to connect online at least every 30 days to ensure that you still have a Premium account. So, if you no longer have a Spotify Premium subscription, you will no longer be able to play these tracks on your device.
