i believe if you use Local Files under Spotify Premium you can sir.

Yes I am a premium user using local files, but I cannot figure out how to do it.

The only work around I have figured out is to make a seperate playlist just to sync songs not on spotify.  would like to find an automated way of doing it besides manually searching through my playlists to find files and move them to another playlist folder to make it work.

I was synicing all my entire playlists but ran out of room on my iphone.

It's not possible to sync specific tracks in a playlist (i.e. just local files). Your workaround is the only way of doing it, sorry.
