i can not view or open any songs

Hey @marwa1,

 

If you're referring to the section that says 'And more' which contains the songs from that artist - Spotify is currently investigating this issue. Make sure to add your +VOTE here and leave a comment with the requested details.
 
From there, you'll get updates as they come available!

Hey @marwa1, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Could you try restarting the iPhone? If that doesn't help, could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps?

 

If you're still having trouble, I'd recommend updating your iPhone to the latest iOS version. The latest iOS version as of 7/15/2020, is iOS 13.6. You can update your device by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

i did all of the above and updated it and it’s still the same 😞

Could you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly? Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

 

Additionally, when you log on to Spotify on another device if possible, do you see the songs on there?
