mac desktop starts always first track via iphone

My Question or Issue

If i use my iPhone to playing music over my MacMini, its starts always with the first track in the playlist. Its doesen t matter if its a playlist or a album. If i select and play music direct over the mac or phone, there is no problem. Only over the "remote" function iphone to mac.

i tried many old Spotify versions, which work on MacOS Snow Lion (10.8.5), but there are no changes. With install/reinstall, CCleaner, deleting all files/folder from the user library folder... etc.

Have anybody a idea?
