my Spotify crashes everytime I open the app

it happens like once every 5 months. I open Spotify and it crashes and I try opening it again and it crashes again. I keep opening the app and it keeps crashing and then 2-3 months later I open the app again and it works like normal. I have over 800 songs on my playlist and I go 2-3 months without listening to music. I'm getting king of tired of it.

Hey @bitchwtf,

I might have a few solutions to get you rolling again. 

1. Try a device restart 
2. Uninstall/Reinstall of app
3. Try a soft device reset
