I have a premium account on spotify but cannot now use this through my sonos system! I believe this is a common problem. Everytime I try to listen to Spotify through Sonos I am told I cannot access as i don't have a premium account but I do!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you make your account using Facebook? If so, you will need to sign in using your user id and a device password 🙂
