my account lost all my playlists.

my account lost all my playlists.

I signed up for spotify premium from the free account.

It wasn't letting me stream from my iphone, so i disconnected and reconnected my facebook social link to spotify.

When I signed back on, all my playlists were gone and it started me back with nothing.

 

I am a paid premium spotify user... this is ridiculous. I wish I would have just stayed a free user and had all my playlists back.

Can you please help me!?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

It sounds like you have accidentally created a duplicate account instead of reconnecting your old account back to Facebook. Have a read at this post and see if that can help you get back to your playlists.

Hi, I know this has been happening to a lot of people, but I'm unable to correct the problem by reading others' solutions. It appears that I need assistance from a Spotify team member as I don't know if I have duplicate accounts or what. I deleted my facebook and when I signed into Spotify it reactivated my facebook. So I unliked Spotify from facebook and it lost everything, all my playlists and followers, etc and Spotify STILL reactivates my fb eveytime I log in, but with everything gone... what gives? Thank you so very much in advance for a little personal attention. I hope to be able to use Spotify without fb and upgrade to Spotify premium if all this works out.
