i run spotify at home on my iPad, on my iPhone 4 and my PC at work. on my computer at work my playlists are available offline, however every time i sign in w/ my iPhone the playlists are toggled OFF for offline availability. i have to toggle ON and wait for the list to sync which has never completed. even through an entire day at work, with wi-fi connectivity.

 

anyone know what's up or at least experiencing the same issues?
